NASA DEVELOP PROGRAM
NASA DEVELOP is a capacity building program in the Applied Earth Sciences division. They use NASA Earth Observations and satellite data to solve problems for countries all over the globe.
Brief
The 2016 Summer Booklet is a guide to all of the 50 projects DEVELOP worked on during that term. The Booklet was printed for the Annual Earth Science Applications Showcase and would be given to all participants, project partners, congressmen and women, NASA leadership, and members of the scientific community in attendance.
I created 10 custom vector globes, world map, and United. States map for this project. Each country (and in the US, state) along with all bodies of water are editable vector shapes. Each globe has a different view of the earth, so that every ocean and country could be displayed as needed. This granted extreme versatility with highlighting project areas. These vectors were then later used for other projects as well.
